SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Most orders ship within 24 hours from the time we receive your order request. Note: UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes.
We offer delivery service within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Please contact customer assistance for details on International deliveries.
Note: If the package is not accepted or is refused and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs. PapaNicholas Coffee Co. cannot be held responsible for Acts of God i.e. overnight shipping commitments due to snow storms, etc.

• UPS: Next Day Air® $35.00 (including Alaska and Hawaii)
• UPS: Saturday Delivery $45.00 (within the continental US)

Note: Packages generally ship the same day, except on weekends, if we receive your order prior to 11AM Central time. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Overnight deliveries do not necessarily arrive within 24 hours, although we strive to make every effort to get your package to you as timely as possible. Please make arrangements with customer assistance for special considerations and we will attempt to accommodate your requests.
If ordering items with separate delivery addresses, please place individual orders. Delivery areas outside of the continental United States will be based on actual shipping charges and may be subject to taxes or duty within destination country. Customer will be responsible for these charges if applicable.

Sell Through
We update our online inventory at least once a day. Although we strive to keep an active and up-to-date inventory, it is possible that an item may sell out prior to our last inventory update. In this case, we will immediately notify you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive by an email confirmation of your order. You may then track your order through the UPS website.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of merchandise will result in no charge to your credit card account. Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment, however, once an order is shipped the terms fall under our exchange policy. If the package is not accepted or is refused and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs. Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, a confirmation will be emailed to the email address which was provided to us. In some cases you may have to add sales@papanicholas.com to your “allowed senders” list, otherwise your security software may view it as spam and fail to deliver to you. An additional email will also be sent when your purchase is shipped so that you can track your order. Please also add to your allowed sender’s list QuantumViewNotify@ups.com. Orders are generally shipped the same day if the order is received by 11 AM Central Time.
