French Toast Iced Latte:

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the french toast syrup. To a small saucepan, add the water, maple syrup, brown sugar, butter vanilla bakery emulsion, and ground cinnamon. Set the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Let the syrup come to a simmer, then remove it from the heat and transfer it to a container to cool.

Step 3: Make the french toast cold foam. Once you're ready to make your drink, add the milk, heavy cream, and 1 tbsp. of the french toast syrup to a medium sized cup or container. Froth or shake the mixture until it's thick and foamy.

Step 4: Make the french toast iced latte. Fill a medium sized cup with ice. Pour 1-2 tbsp. of the french tost syrup over the ice, depending on how sweet you'd like the drink to be.

Step 5: Pour the milk over the ice.

Step 6: Brew 2 oz. of PapaNicholas Cinnamon Hazelnut Espresso, then pour it over the milk.

Step 7: Top the latte with the french toast cold foam and a dusting of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
