Iced White Chocolate Pistachio Latte

Celebrate Independence Day with a delicious new recipe! Our PapaNicholas Five-Star Restaurant Blend is the foundation. Never before have we combined it with smooth white chocolate and pistachios!  What a star-spangled choice for this holiday weekend!




White Chocolate Pistachio Sauce

  • ⅔ c. heavy whipping cream (150g)
  • ⅓ c. pistachios, slightly crushed (40g)
  • ⅔ c. white chocolate (113g)
 Iced White Chocolate Pistachio Latte
  • 1 tbsp. pistachio paste
  • 2 oz. PapaNicholas Five-Star Restaurant Espresso
  • 6 oz. milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp. white chocolate pistachio sauce



    White Chocolate Pistachio Sauce

    Step 1: Place the white chocolate into a small mixing bowl and set it aside.

    Step 2: Transfer the pistachios to a sealed plastic bag, and lightly crush them.

    Step 3: Add the crushed pistachios and the heavy whipping cream into a small saucepan. Set the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches a simmer.

    Step 4: Once the mixture is simmering, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.

    Step 5: Put the mixture back on medium heat and bring it to a simmer again.

    Step 6: Once simmering, pour the cream through a fine-mesh sieve over the white chocolate. Whisk the cream and chocolate until the mixture is smooth.


    Iced White Chocolate Pistachio Latte

    Step 1: Line a cup with some pistachio paste, then fill it with ice. 

    Step 2: Drizzle 1 tbsp. of the white chocolate pistachio sauce into the cup, then pour in your milk of choice.

    Step 3: Brew 2 shots of the Five-Star Restaurant Espresso, then pour it over the milk.

    Step 4: Stir, serve, and enjoy!
