S'mores Iced Latte

Craving a sweet, iced latte during these warm summer days? Our Mocha Java blended with chopped chocolate and toasted marshmallow syrup will deliver!

 

 

Ingredients:

Toasted Marshmallow Syrup
  • 1 c. granulated sugar (200g)
  • 1 c. water (225g)
  • 4 jumbo marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

     S'mores Iced Latte

    • 1 tbsp. toasted marshmallow syrup
    • 2 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped (+ extra for melting)
    • 2 oz. PapaNicholas Mocha Java Espresso
    • 6 oz. milk of choice

          

        Instructions:

        Toasted Marshmallow Syrup

        Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Stir the mixture occasionally until the sugar dissolves, and it comes to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

        Step 2: In the meantime, place the marshmallows on a foil-lined baking sheet. Use a culinary torch or an oven broiler to toast the marshmallows.

        Step 3: Add the toasted marshmallows and vanilla into the syrup and stir until the marshmallows have fully melted and combined with the syrup.

        Step 4: Allow the syrup to sit for 10 minutes, then pass it through a fine mesh sieve into a container.

         

        S'mores Iced Latte

        Step 1:Line a coffee glass with melted chocolate on the inside.

        Step 2: Add the chopped chocolate and toasted marshmallow syrup to the glass, and brew the espresso directly over it.

        Step 3: Mix the chocolate and espresso together until the chocolate has melted.

        Step 4: Pour the milk over the espresso.

        Step 5: Add in ice to fill up the cup.

        Step 6: Top with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and more toasted marshmallows. Enjoy!
