Congratulations on your purchase of the PapaNicholas Automatic Bean-to-Brew machine. This revolutionary machine comes with a limited one-year warranty. Please complete your registration to activate the warranty.

PapaNicholas Machine - Limited Warranty Policy

1. Scope of Warranty

Napco, Inc. ("Napco"), as the authorized distributor of PapaNicholas products, provides this Limited Warranty for the PapaNicholas Bean-to-Brew Coffee Machine (the "Product"). This Warranty applies solely to defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

2. Warranty Period

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). Coverage begins on the date the Product is purchased by the original end user.

3. Geographic Coverage

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased and used within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territory or possession, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands.

4. Proof of Purchase & Registration

To obtain Warranty service, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase.

Proof may be established by:

  • Registering the Product completing the Bean to Brew warranty registration at www.papanicholas.com, or
  • Providing a valid order number or purchase receipt from Napco or an authorized sales channel.

5. Remedy

If a covered defect arises during the Limited Warranty Period, Napco will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • Repair the Product, or
  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit, or
  • Replace defective components with new or refurbished parts.

Repairs or replacements provided after Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase may consist of refurbished parts or a refurbished machine.

All repairs or replacements provided under this Limited Warranty are free of charge for parts and labor. Any replacement Product or part assumes the remaining balance of the original Warranty Period.

6. Warranty Service Process

Before returning any Product for Warranty service, the customer must obtain prior authorization from Napco Customer Service by calling 1-630-406-1100 ext. 217. Upon authorization, Napco will provide detailed instructions for returning the Product for inspection, repair, or replacement. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender. Customers are strongly encouraged to retain and use the original product packaging, including internal protective materials, when shipping the Product for Warranty service or return. Use of the original packaging helps ensure the Product is properly secured and protected during transit, please ship product to:

7. Exclusions & Warranty Void Conditions

This Limited Warranty does not cover, and will be voided by, damage or failure resulting from any of the following:

  • Accident, abuse, negligence, or misuse.
  • Improper operation or failure to follow the instructions, warnings, or maintenance procedures outlined in the official user manual available at www.papanicholas.com.
  • Any service, repair, modification, or alteration performed by unauthorized personnel, including opening the machine or removing screws.
  • Damage resulting from failure to perform routine maintenance, including required cleaning and descaling.
  • Damage resulting from use of prohibited materials, including but not limited to:
    • Instant coffee or ground coffee
    • Oily, caramelized, sugar-coated, or flavored coffee beans
    • Raw coffee (green or unroasted)
  • Damage resulting from improper packaging or failure to adequately secure the Product during shipment for service.

8. Normal Wear & Consumables

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consumable components, including but not limited to filters, seals, gaskets, and other parts that are expected to degrade through normal use.

9. Legal Rights & Limitations

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, certain limitations contained in this Warranty may not apply to you.

Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties are limited in duration to the Warranty Period stated above.

10. Serial Number Location

To locate your Product's serial number:

  1. Remove the water drip tray and used ground container.
  2. Locate the white barcode label inside the machine.
  3. The number printed below the barcode is the serial number.
