Bean-to-Brew Espresso Machine

Great machine that makes great coffee. Works just as I want it to.

We had the original Tchibo and loved it. This machine is even better! There were a few changes that really work for us better. It holds a wider mug without hanging over the edge, and the coffee dispenser is a better size.

Works as expected, wife loves it. She brews using the boost button as she likes a richer/darker brew. This is a rebrand of the German company that no longer sells in the US. Her sister has the original German brand. They appear identical. We did tune the burr grinder to the finest setting for the beans we use.

This makes a great tasting coffee, easy to set up easy to use

This machine is AMAZING and completely automatic with the internal grinding of the coffee beans happening....all with a push of the button. I can't believe how well this was packaged. By the time I got the machine physically out of the packaging, there were a total of four (4) outer boxes that housed this machine in order to safeguard getting this machine to you without damage. Incredible packaging! This machine doesn't have the milk steamer/frother like some of those out there, but then a lot of times, those extra gadgets don't work after a while or get plugged up from old milk left behind in the housing if you failed to clean it properly and right away. You can always buy an independent steamer/frother which is far easier to clean. I ordered the silver machine with the front of the machine in a black trim. You can also order an all black machine with the smaller silver trim in the front. It's quite Euro looking and compact enough where it doesn't take up a lot of space on your counter. It makes a delicious cup of Espresso, but also makes a larger Lungo size and then the next larger size called Americano. It creates a beautiful layer of crema on the top after your cup has been completed. Impressive! You can also add more steamed water to your coffee by using the hot water button. With that being said, you can also have a cup of tea by simply pushing the hot water button. I had a few questions about this machine when I received it and their customer service was very quick to receive my call. I talked with a very nice and accommodating gentleman named Ismael. He was so kind and took his time with me about how things worked. I was very happy they have a confident and helpful customer service team in case I have any issues in the future. Overall, this is a very versatile machine and the pricing is really reasonable. In summary, this is a fantastic automatic coffee maker with internal bean grinder, and I can highly recommend it. 10 STARS!
