Sugar Cookie Latte

Happy New Year!  This satisfying and sweet treat is the perfect dessert for all of your post holiday gatherings.  Enjoy this Sugar Cookie Latte as an afternoon treat or the finish to a lovely dinner. The star of this show is our own PapaNicholas Vanilla Nut Creme coffee! 





Sugar Cookie Syrup

  • ¼ c. + 2 tbsp. granulated sugar (75g)
  • 2 tbsp. light brown sugar (25g)
  • ½ c. water (100g)
  • ½ tsp. butter vanilla bakery emulsion
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp. almond extract

 Sugar Cookie Latte

  • 1 tbsp. sugar cookie syrup
  • 2 oz. strongly brewed PapaNicholas Vanilla Nut Creme Ground Coffee
  • 8 oz. milk of choice



Step 1: Add both sugars and the water to a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir occasionally and allow the mixture to come to a simmer. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and immediately mix in the butter vanilla bakery emulsion, vanilla, and almond extract.

Step 2: Brew a very strong batch of PapaNicholas Vanilla Nut Creme Ground Coffee.

Step 3: Froth the milk until it is hot and foamy.

Step 4: Add 1 tbsp. of the sugar cookie syrup to a coffee mug. Top with the strongly brewed coffee, followed by the frothed milk.

Step 5: Garnish with sprinkles, then serve and enjoy!
