Tiramisu Latte

The mascarpone & rum flavored whipped cream on top of the cocoa infused Italian espresso put this latte on the map as a full-fledged dessert! Enjoy this café-worthy latte with friends anytime!





Mascarpone Whipped Cream

  • ½ c. mascarpone (113g)
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp. rum extract
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ¾ c. heavy whipping cream (170g)

    Tiramisu Latte

    • ½ tbsp. dutch process cocoa powder
    • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
    • 2 oz. PapaNicholas Italian Espresso
    • 6 oz. milk of choice



      Mascarpone Whipped Cream

      Step 1: Add the cocoa powder and sugar to your coffee cup.

      Step 2: While beating the mixture, slowly pour in the heavy cream. Beat the mixture together until stiff peaks form, then set it aside in the fridge.

      Tiramisu Latte

      Step 1: Remove the mixture from the heat and pour it through a fine mesh sieve.

      Step 2: Brew the Italian Espresso over the cocoa powder and sugar, then mix until dissolved.

      Step 3: Froth the milk until it is hot and foamy. Pour the milk over the espresso.

      Step 4: Top the latte with a generous amount of mascarpone whipped cream, then dust the top with extra cocoa powder. For a lovely touch, add a couple lady fingers too!



      Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
