Cinnamon Bun Cold Brew

Cold Brew

  • ½ c. PapaNicholas Cinnamon Bun Ground Coffee
  • 32 oz. water, hot 

Cinnamon Bun Syrup

  • 1 c. water (225g)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 c. light brown sugar (200g)
  • 2 tsp. butter vanilla bakery emulsion

 Cinnamon Bun Cold Foam

  • 3 oz. milk of choice
  • 1 oz. heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon bun syrup



Step 1: Add the coffee grounds and hot water to a french press. Stir the mixture, then place the lid on it and let it steep in the fridge overnight.

Step 2: Once the coffee has steeped overnight, slowly push down on the french press to separate out the coffee grounds.

Step 3: To make the syrup: In a small saucepan, add the water and cinnamon sticks. Set the mixture over medium heat, and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4: Remove the cinnamon sticks from the water, then add in the sugar and butter vanilla bakery emulsion. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, then remove the syrup from the heat and transfer it to a container to cool.

Step 5: To make the cold foam: add the milk, heavy cream, and cinnamon bun syrup to a medium sized cup or container. Froth or shake the mixture until it’s foamy.

Step 6: Pour 8 oz. of cold brew over ice and top with the cold foam. Serve and enjoy!
