Water Pump Repair Services

This service covers the diagnosis and repair of water pump–related issues in eligible bean-to-brew coffee machines. It is intended for machines experiencing low water pressure, inconsistent flow, leaks, or failure to dispense water.

Repairs are performed by trained technicians using manufacturer-recommended procedures. After service, the machine is tested to confirm proper water flow and operation.

• Replacement parts are not included unless otherwise specified
• Applicable to approved bean-to-brew coffee machine models only

Upon purchase of this service, a prepaid shipping label will be provided via email for sending the machine in for servicing. Packaging and shipping materials are not included. We recommend retaining the original packaging, as it offers optimal protection during transit and can be reused for service shipments.
