Where do you ship?

We ship in the US and US territories. Anywhere the UPS/US Postal Service ships, we can ship, including APO and DPO addresses. Please call our office at 1-888-PAPANIK if you need assistance.

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, during an online promotion, order processing can increase to 3-4 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $50. This is after any promotional codes are applied and before tax.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use UPS & USPS. We never charge you more than our negotiated rates. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
